He made some good points, although a lot of them show that he isn't thinking realistically (for example, no boundries in a game). And his comment about Super Mario Sunshine's camera being worse than SM64's was just plain stupid. Does anyone here remember what a pain in the ass SM64's camera system was? You could only get the damn camera to go three notches to the left or right which in many instances was never anywhere near enough. And it happened in a jerky motion so it was hard to find a decent angle.
Meh... its like an overly long blind rant that hits on points but covers them up with meaningless banter. His point about Doom 3 is also a bit odd... I guess he forgot that it was meant to be a ''rethink'' of the original in a new engine.

I would think it is easy to understand the game industry doesn't do all these things because they don't make money that way. What I suggest the author do is stop playing mainstream games and start looking towards the indie's... because they are still making fantastic games.
